We would like to manage your enquiry as quickly as possible so that we can effectively provide you with the care and treatment you need.
If you need to see a clinician for medical advice or treatment please contact us online via Accurx (patient triage) or by telephone (Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.30pm.
For all other non-health related enquiries relating to COVID-19 (eg. social distancing, lockdown restrictions, furlough etc.) please contact the Citizens Advice Bureau by filling in a form available on their website or by telephone (Monday to Friday between 9am and 4.30pm):

Please note the surgery is open from 7.30am on some days for appointments that have been booked in advance, however the phone lines open up every day at 8.00am until 6.30pm.

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours
When our surgery is closed call 0116 244 0888. There will be an answerphone message giving information and will put you through directly to the out of hours service.
All other times please call the 111 Service – just dial 111 when it is not an emergency – visit www.nhs.uk/111 for more information

Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours Hub
There is also an out of hours hub you can use to see a GP for anything urgent when you are unable to get an appointment with us. The out of hours hub run from 3 different surgeries in Leicester. There is one that runs from 509 Saffron Lane. To book an appointment please phone 111. The Hub is open from 6.30pm – 10.00pm on weekdays.
