Your comments and suggestions are welcome to improve the quality of our service.

If you are unhappy with any service or with any member of the practice team and would like to complain –

  • First talk the problem through with our Patient Liaison or a member of our management team.
  • Put your concerns in writing to us so that we can investigate and write to you to resolve your concern.

Patient Complaint Form

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in the practice, please let us know. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints that meets national criteria.

We hope that most problems can be sorted out as soon as they happen and with the person concerned. If your problem cannot be resolved in this way, and you wish to continue with your complaint, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within a few days as we will be able to establish what happened quickly. If it is not possible for you to do this then let us have details of the complaint by completing our complaints form.
